For In-Stock Items:

1. Return Window: Purchases may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
2. Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment card used to make the original purchase.
4. Free Returns: Free returns are offered only for faulty items. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than faults, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
5. Initiating a Return: Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

For Made-to-Order Items:

1. Return Policy: We do not accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are faulty.
2. Faulty Items: If your made-to-order item is faulty, please inspect it within 48 hours of receiving it. Notify us at [email protected] with proof of the damaged item.
3. Return Approval: If we approve your return request, we will send you return postage via email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Refund Timing:

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund after the returned item(s) have been received and processed. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

Import Duty Tax and VAT:

Please note that for orders shipped outside the US, we are not responsible for paying import duty tax and VAT. We recommend checking your country’s trade tariffs before placing your order.
